CONTEST IS OPEN TO YOUTH AND ASPIRING LEADERS. YOU MUST BE OVER 12 YEARS OLD TO PARTICIPATE. CONTESTANTS YOUNGER THAN 18 YEARS OLD MUST GET PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION TO PARTICIPATE. CONTEST WILL BE CONSTRUED ACCORDING TO U.S. LAW.
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The "Get in Their Shoes" Shoe and Mentorship Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PST on January 31, 2006. Each Shoe and Mentorship Give-away has its own entry and voting period. Each Give-away will stop accepting entries once the voting period begins. Voting will be open to the public for six days on www.getintheirshoes.org. The top three interview submitters will win the three Career Makeovers.
2. To Participate: Go to www.getintheirshoes.org, click on the Enter the Contest section, and register. There is no purchase or other obligation incurred in registering for IMNO. Please see our Privacy Policy for information regarding our use of this information. An entry consists of selecting the give-away of your choice, uploading a picture of yourself, entering a bio and essay, and submitting an interview. Contestants conduct the interview(s) of a successful professional they wish to learn from. All interview submissions must be accompanied by permission from the interviewee to post the interview on www.imno.org. Contestants may submit multiple entries for each give-away by conducting and submitting different interviews.
3. Prizes. Mentorships consist of 30-minute phone conversations unless otherwise stated on each give-away listing. The 30-minute phone conversations will be scheduled when convenient for the Mentor. Give-away winners will prepare a list of at least ten questions to be asked during the 30-minute phone conversations and send the questions to IMNO at contact@imno.org at least two business days before the mentorship phone conversation is conducted. IMNO will moderate the phone conversation and reserves the right to protect the Mentor from any inappropriate comments that may be made during the phone conversation. IMNO will have the exclusive right to determine whether any comments are inappropriate. IMNO will record the phone conversation to post the transcript on www.imno.org and include it in the IMNO Interview Podcast. Mentorship transcripts and recordings will be IMNO's sole property. The 30-minute phone conversations must be completed before March 31, 2006.

4. Winner Selection: Two finalists will be selected for each give-away by Get in their Shoes. The bios, pictures, essays, and interviews from the five finalists will be posted on www.getintheirshoes.org. The public will vote for whom they believe should win the Shoe and Mentorship Give-away. The winner of each Give-away will be announced on www.getintheirshoes.org. The three winners of the Career Makeovers will be announced after all voting ends.
5. IMNO assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors/failures of any kind, delayed computer transmissions or network connections, including but not limited to, lost Internet connection during the give-away periods and Mentorship phone conversations. IMNO reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or modify this give-away and phone Mentorship, in any manner, should Mentor schedules or other causes beyond IMNO's control change the schedule and delivery of the give-away items. IMNO is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the give-away or by any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of the entries in the give-away. IMNO and its Featured Mentors will not be help liable for any legal actions resulting from the use or misuse of the auctioned items.
